The Shen Yun Touring Company spends its final days in Vancouver, Canada enjoying the majestic view from atop Whistler Mountain.

  • Shen Yun World Company spots cherry blossoms while driving from Gangneum to Daegu, South Korea. (Photo by dancer Michelle Wu)
  • Perfect timing! Cherry blossoms appear for only a short time—late March to mid-April. (Photo by Michelle Wu)
  • A line of blossoming cherry trees provides a perfect background for a group shot. (Photo by dancer Stephanie Guo)
  • If only every highway rest stop were this inviting.

  • If you watched this year’s Shen Yun performance, you’ll know there is one piece in which people in a painting come to life. These graceful ladies strike a similar pose in this painting-like scene. (Photo by Stephanie Guo)
  • Bright yellow forsythias and pretty pink azaleas are also in full bloom! (Photos by Vina Lee)
  • Contrasting with the bark, a few enchanting cherry blossoms dot the tree. (Photo by Michelle Wu)
  • After Daegu, Shen Yun arrives at the final South Korean city on tour—Cheongju. Here, Korean dancer Jungsu Lee admires a monument of the first Korean printed book, Jikji, published in 1377. (Photo by dancer Steve Feng)
  • Due to limited space inside the Cheongju Art Center, rehearsal is moved to the plaza outside. Dancers synchronize their moves in front of the theater’s reflective glass doors—they make pretty good mirrors!
  • Upon arriving at the airport in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, conductor Milen Nachev finds himself surrounded by fans. The Taiwanese leg of the tour is about to begin.
  • Back in Canada, after 10 performances it's time for Shen Yun Touring Company to say goodbye to Vancouver—but not before one last stop to enjoy British Columbia’s magnificent mountains. (Photo by Principal Dancer William Li)
  • Whistler Mountain. Just north of Vancouver, these mountains are a defining feature of the region. (Photo by William Li)
  • Atop Whistler Mountain.
  • A ride in the world's highest lift of its kind, the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, takes the dancers to the summit of Blackcomb Mountain.
  • Not just the highest, it is also part of the world’s longest lift system, connecting two high-speed chair lifts and one gondola.
  • Dancers pay tribute to the vastness of space from the summit of Blackcomb Mountain, almost 8,000 ft up.

  • Meanwhile, Principal Dancer Melody Qin and Shen Yun New York Company check out the historic buildings and park area at Neuer Garten in Germany. (Photo by Principal Dancer Angelia Wang)
  • Shen Yun New York Company arrives in Austria’s Graz.
  • An incredible winding staircase ascends to the top of a cliff. It's a long way up, but the dancers are curious to have a look. Let’s go! (Photo by dancer Tony Zhao)
  • At the top, they discover a huge clock tower overlooking Graz, the second largest city in Austria. Providing historic beauty and punctuality assistance, the 18th century tower has parts dating back to the Middle Ages.
  • Dancer Henry Hung poses in the gazebo lookout on top of the hill. Surprisingly, this is actually a Chinese-style pavilion in Graz!
  • A view of the old town portion of the city from the top of Schlossberg (or Castle Hill.)
  • The hilltop also includes manicured gardens and a public park. The city has a nice welcoming feel, and all performances here are sold out.
  • Stopping to stretch on a road trip from Graz, Principal Dancer Michelle Lian makes the most of available resources. (Photo by Angelia Wang)
  • Shen Yun New York Company passes through Verona, Italy. A view from atop the Arena di Verona Roman amphitheater. (Photo by dancer Felix Sun)
  • From the other side of the amphitheater you can see the Torre dei Lamberti—an over 800-year-old tower. Its bells were once used to call town meetings and warn citizens of fires. (Photo by Felix Sun)
  • Built in the first century but still in use today, the Arena di Verona is one of the best preserved Roman amphitheaters. From left: dancers Henry Hung, Stanley Lin, Allen Liu, and Felix Sun.
  • A busy but charming pedestrian street in Verona, Italy.
  • In the town where the world’s most famous love story was set, dancers lunch at Romeo and Juliet's Place. (Photo by Angelia Wang)
  • Souvenirs to remember this romantic city by. (Photo by Angelia Wang)
  • Then off to Milan! The Milan Cathedral, one of the largest in the world, took six centuries to complete. (Photo by Angelia Wang)
  • Milan’s Sforza Castle all lit up. It is said that the fortress’ walls were designed by Leonardo da Vinci. (Photo by Angelia Wang)
  • Buona notte, Milano! (Photo by Angelia Wang)
  • In this album, enjoy photos from the Shen Yun World Company's final days in Korea, before heading to Taiwan.

We also have stunning mountain shots from the Shen Yun Touring Company in Vancouver, Canada, and a variety of photos from our adventures in Europe—courtesy of the Shen Yun New York Company.
